At Mymmymly, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, clear, and worry-free. From the moment you choose your kit to the day it arrives, we handle your order with care.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping on all orders.
Delivery Timeline
Our delivery timeline has two parts:
- Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will start processing on the next business day.
- Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–11 business days
Please note: Processing may take longer during peak seasons or high-demand releases. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Order Tracking
- After your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–2 business days.
- You can track your shipment on our website or through the carrier’s official tracking page.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Order Changes
We process orders quickly, so please note:
- Change requests (address or product details) must be sent within 6 hours of placing your order.
- If changes are approved, please allow 1–2 additional business days for processing.
- To request a change, email support@mymmymly.com with your Order Number.
Support & Resolutions
- Missing items: If anything is missing, email support@mymmymly.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can help right away.
- Tracking not working: If your tracking link still doesn’t work after 3 business days, contact us for support.
- Late deliveries: If your order goes beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
